Apple Zen Support Thread

Hi All,

Would anyone mind too much having a look at my store, and pointing me in the right direction of how I add a banner across the top please?. http://www.tierra-norte.com/store

I haven't worked on the site for a week or so, and now completely forget where to do everything! (I know...DUH).

I think I disabled the logo.gif somewhere...but I'm not sure that's the correct place to put it anyway?

IF you're talking about a banner ad, you can use the Banner Manager under "Tools" on your site. The Banner ad can be set to "rotate" between more than one ad if you want, and it can click to some other link, and it's links would be tracked.

However, if you are looking to just add a static simple image, I would go ahead and upload it as logo.gif.

Call me stupid but ("ok..you're stupid!) I can't seem to figure out how to get the banners to the top pf the page, rather than the bottom???

Another question please - I'm not sure what the specific terminology is here, so please bear with me!

The template lists the categories ABOVE the pull down menus, across the top. How do I remove those, yet still leave the pull down menus in place?

Hiya, I'm new to zen-cart and i love this template so much! I'm just struggling with it slightly. When I've loaded it to the site none of the images seem to work properly. I don't really understand!
Does anyone have any ideas whats gone wrong?

Hey all - ok..got my banner across the top (woo hoo!). Still need help with removing the Category links that run across the top though please.

Hi All & Jade,
Thanks for the template! It really makes my site look good. I am now ready to reveal it to all the other Apple Zenners out there. I have a few little things that I am having trouble with, if any one can offer some help - on my categories page, I am leaving categories without images to keep things looking clean, but I end up with a long left side list, instead of a block -

I also seem to have my products clumping in odd, asymmetric ways, even when I change the display numbers.
Otherwise, the template works great, and I appreciate all the work that went into it! By the way, I am a complete Mac person with no access to Windows etc., so if it isn't showing up well in that format, please let me know!

Just upload a logo that size, then remove this section from the css:

width:19.1em /* To prevent the logo from resizing, simply delete or comment out this section */
}

#logo img {
width:100%;
}
