sorry I misunderstood a little...
ok, then turn off the currencuies box in the Layout box controler
forget about the tpl_header.php and upload the file you had before, you still have it right?

Find
<div id="topBar">
should be line 45
and add after that line

<?php require(DIR_WS_MODULES . 'sideboxes/login_header.php'); ?>
the turn off the languages and currencies in tools/layout box controler

this should do it.
