My Paypal Express is not showing what was Ordered

PayPal Express is not carrying over what the customer have ordered. It shows in admin, but when you get the email from paypal all it show is

Why doesn't show what was actually ordered.

I forgot to add this information. I am using the lastest of zen cart 1.3.8. None of my mod addon are affecting this.

Did the purchaser use a coupon or gift certificate on the order?
Or were *any* discounts given to the customer (ie: group discounts or other addon mods)?

PayPal cannot handle discounts when processing line-item details. Thus, line-item details are not submitted if *any* discounts are present in the order.

Thank you for your reply, yes they receive a Quantity Discount: $3.00 at checkout. That is all that was use. Would this be the reason?

Yes, that'd be the reason.

So in other word what you are saying is that when a customer uses any kind of Discount coupon, Quantity Discount, Gift certificate, or anything like that it will not show up correct.

It is working correctly,

since paypal cant handle the discounts then there is an if statement that says IF there are any discounts send as aggregate total, so paypal wont puke

Its a pain but what can you do,

you could always contact paypal and tell em that their system is flawed

I like that Merlinpa. No I think I will just make do then. I guess they can not handle and do everything. As long as they are recorded in admin I'm happy. Thank for the reply.
