How to speed my site?

My users complain about the slowness of my site. What can I make to optimize?

It came up fast for me...

1. Turn off the ip thing at the footer (you can turn it off in admin panel)
2. Install Image Handler 2 to optimize your images, they are too big (30KB-100KB per image).

You are a little heavy on the page size. Do you have g-zip enabled? Who is your host?
