    1. Turn off the ip thing at the footer (you can turn it off in admin panel)
    2. Install Image Handler 2 to optimize your images, they are too big (30KB-100KB per image).
    I no longer provide installation support on forum for all my modules. However, if there are real bugs with the modules please feel free to contact me

    You are a little heavy on the page size. Do you have g-zip enabled? Who is your host?
