OLD Super Orders 2.0 (See v3.0 thread instead)

OK. super orders is still broken. I've got the AIM module set to authorize and capture, which is working on the authorize.net side... but SO is not applying the payment to the order. Any ideas? The payment shows up in the notes of the job, but it used to put the payment in the 'payments' line...

Any help is appreciated.

Have you read the readme file that comes with super orders and did you change the orders.php?

Can anyone confirm that the "Refund" button works for the credit card orders with Paypal Payment Pro or Authorize.net?

Or is there a different method? Say a customer clicked the checkout button twice, what will you do? If its offline CC processing, its not an issue since you manually process the CC but if its using payment pro or authorize.net it will charge the customer twice...

is there any estimated date when it will fully support version 1.38
and also prepare for version 1.4

and maybe we can submit suggestions here too. to make it better.

Have you read the readme file that comes with super orders and did you change the orders.php?

here's what my ISP says:

By looking at the super mod within your cart it appears the super orders do not have the authorize.net's new variables needed to run properly on 1.3.8.

That said, you will have to wait till a new release is available or have a developer update it.

There is nothing we can do at this point.

Way back on page 40 this was delt with:

From a new order paid by PayPal 'Express I try and print the order and I get:

Fatal error: Call to undefined method super_order::get_admin_notes() in E:\www\admin\super_data_sheet.php on line 262

Problem is that the cure way back in January 2007 was to change line 262 to start with <?php instead of just <? and the latest version I downloaded yesterday already has <?php $so->get_admin_notes(); ?>

Any clue how to fix this?

I am NOT a programmer but I think I see a problem on line 260 the <? /* seems to be unnecessary and the stuff on 262 seems to be completely out of place. If I remove both lines that page seems to work OK, but I am not sure if it is needed or not! And I am not about to start second guessing the programmer who wrote this!

I have an easy one (I hope). I am still in the testing mode of my site and used Super Orders to delete several "test" orders. The orders have disappeared off the main Super Orders list, but they are still in the database. They show up in the "pending" and "processing" and on the website under "My Account", then "My Order History" you can see "-4 -3 -2 -1 0" under "show all" in the "previous orders" page.

I can see the 7 of the orders (there were 14) in the database and want to make sure I delete everything associated with these orders so I'm asking for suggestions.

Hi,

Still can't get super orders to print out shipping labels from paypal orders.

I tried Thomasw98's suggestion but still all I am getting on the shipping label is my sender address, the order number but no customer address.

Has anyone got any ideas of why the label is not capturing the customers address as it is obviously getting the order id.

This is only for paypal orders as any shipping labels generated through my Nochex orders come out fine.

Any ideas anyone?

Does the installation of Super Orders change where the location of the Order Update email is generated from? Typically /admin/includes/languages/english/orders.php and /admin/orders.php create the subject but I have changed those files to what I want and the email subject did not change. Also I looked in both super_orders.php files in admin and saw no mention of where to change them if in there
