one template is called trueblue and the other is trueblue2.
ok i edit the footer for trueblue to have custom link.
all links should have the prefix www.oxicore.com
and trueblue2 the prefix for the custom link is www.oxicore.co.nz
then I uploaded the footer of trueblue to trueblue common folder
and uploaded footer of trueblue2 to trueblue2 common folder
But it doesnt work correctly
if i go to the www.oxicore.com it shows www.oxicore.com but when i go to www.oxicore.co.nz it shows the footer links as www.oxicore.com
I couldnt edit my post.
But i forgot to put in
in template selection if i pick trueblue it shows the link of www.oxicore.com if you use the www.oxicore.com to go to the page.
but if you use www.oxicore.co.nz it shows the link as www.oxicore.com.
and if i change the template selection to trueblue2 it goes the other way around.
Well after a while i have figured it out. So if anyone wants to do something like that or is having the same problem here it is. I didnt realize how much more defines were in the site_switch.php.
what i did was add in
" define('DIR_WS_COMMON', DIR_WS_TEMPLATES . $template_dir . 'common/'); "
into the file any where is fine. and it worked. the custom links are working.
sorry it was not site switch.php it was "init_templates.php"
I guess no one really come here to read.
I have a few problem with SSL for this now.
And I have to create a _config.php for every link.
oxicore.com_config.php and www.oxicore.com_config.php
is there a way where you only have to make one. Because if it doesnt have one or the other it says that the site does not exist.
Is there some changes that i have to do with the site switch.php file?
tanik, Wow you are basically talkin to yourself here.
In regards to your last post I actually just settled for 2.
what you can do is define the http and https servers in the config file as www.oxicore.com so even if visitors go oxicore.com all the links will point to www.oxicore.com and they will remain there.
it's the same as the defines in includes/configure.php
Try 2fastshoes.com for an example. let me know if I need to make it more clear

I am running the Blank Sidebox Module and I'm having a problem with the images in it. My site is http://shipping.actionforms.ca/ and if you go there right now you can see that the images I have in my blank sidebox are not showing.
It is looking for them at:
http://shipping.actionforms.ca/shipp...n_business.gif
However if I log in, it can find them at:
https://shipping.actionforms.ca/ship...n_business.gif
Any idea's what I am doing wrong or how to handle this.
I have these images in my original site at www.actionforms.ca/officesupplies and I just pull these images from my regular site with no problems.
Thanks, Colleen

I can't see anything but the header on your page and an error.
