Making certain items bold in Confirmation Email

We are a namebadge company and as such we do a lot of customized work with particular names and titles etc. When we print out our confirmation email or orders the Names and Titles etc are kind of hard to read due to all of the extra information on them involving which badge logo it is etc. Is there anyway I could modify this in the order or preferrably the confirmation email so that it would automatically bolden the information that the eye of the engraved needs to be drawn to - such as the Name and Title etc. The site is www.nicebadgeusa.com/cart

All the customization for emails can be done in the email folder of your zencart. There you will find many different files depending on which you want to edit.

Any chance some one would be willing to help me with this a little more specifically - what I need to do is have certain attributes in bold so that they show up better for the people that are processing the orders.

For the order confirmation, open up "email_template_checkout" in the emails folder of ZC and edit the style there for whichever specific tag.

I want to change order confirmation email too, as a newbie, can anyone tell me how I access the "email_template_checkout" to alter it. I can't find it in my admin area at all?
apologies if this seems too simple for you guys - we all have to start somewhere! :-)

It is in the email folder in the root of your store.
