Taxation issue for BC & Alberta

I just upgraded to the latest version. Going to give it a test tonight to see if it works properly.

Hi I upgraded my zencart to the latest version and I can't reproduce the bug anymore.

Once you upgraded the problem disappeared?? That's great!! I hope it does the same for me.
