limit shipping to canada and usa only

To create a Zone for US and Canada ...

Locations / Taxes ... Zone Definition ...

Click Insert and enter:
Zone Name: United States and Canada
Description: Shipping for US and CAD
Click Insert ...

Click Details ...

Click Insert ...
Country: United States
Zone: All Zones
Click Insert ...

Click Insert ...
Country: Canada
Zone: All Zones
Click Insert ...

You have now built a Zone for Shipping to only allow for all of the United States and all of Canada ...

Next edit your Shipping Module in the Modules ... Shipping ... and add this new Zone to it ...

i did same.. now except free shipping none of the other shipping is working... im getting frustrated pls help...
