Stock etc showing on product page

Hi all

I'm hoping this is a simple one that i've missed, since I cant seem to find anyone else with the same issue!

I'm trying to turn off the displaying of things like Stock, Model, Weight etc on the product listing!

I've managed on Featured, New, All Listings etc via the admin, but when I set the same setting in the 'Product Listing' section it doesn't seem to make any difference...it still appears in the listing on the site.

Guaranteed i'm just being a plonka and missing something really simple, so can someone please point me in the right direction?
