404 Error when adding products to site

Hi,

I have been trying to add a new product to my site. I get the following message when I click add product:

The webpage cannot be found HTTP 404
Most likely causes:
There might be a typing error in the address.
If you clicked on a link, it may be out of date.

What you can try:
Retype the address.

Go back to the previous page.

Go to and look for the information you want.

I have no problem adding categories to the pages only products. the new product page is pointing to http://www.ieguana.com/(admin page)/categories.php the add category button works file and I can make sub categories, yet I have this issue.

The steps I have taken to try to fix are as follows:

remove existing admin directory, reinstall and configure from scratch
removed all existing sample products, added categories for my products
try to add product and receive error.

Is this a rights issue or something? I am using dreamweaver CS3 for the development of the site on Go Daddy's servers (linux).

I have checked permissions and they are fine for read/write access.

I have search the site and found 1 reference to this in the past but there was no solution listed. I am new to PHP, so I am learning on the fly as I go.

It was an admin directory problem. Restored the admin directory from a backup and everything worked fine.
