okay, got it all working....

the sql file also does NOT deal with any store prefixes at all, so when I ran it, none of the configuration settings got ran

once I changed it to include the prefix, it installed and I can set options now

Since it doesn't touch any core files all you should have to do is overwrite the old files, unless you have made a modification to any of them. Then of course you would have to merge your changes.

This is is my first time installing, and it was with a no overwrite of orders.php version. So, unless the full release makes DB changes to this last beta file, I am not making any changes (had enough problems getting it working with my store cause of the table prefixes....

Downloaded the latest from the downloads section and installed. Ran a few tests and didn't come across any issues! I use Paypal and 2checkout for payments. I will have to test those on a live site since I can't get either to work right on my local site.

If I come across any issues with either payment option I will post it.

Did they give it a new link?? I am still seeing it as version 1.01a from Feb 28th.

Also, the last Beta seems to be discounting shipping as well as the subtotal.

I still have a problem -- in the order totals modules section, I am not seeing where to set the redeem value (I manually set it in the DB cause of my earlier table problems), but it isn't showing up in Admin

And it is still showing up and deducting from shipping AND subtotal both (we don't want Reward Points to be usable for shipping!!)

The Global redeem value is set in admin>customers>Group Reward Redeem. You can also set redeem values based on groups you create.

When you say it discounts shipping do you mean when a customers redeems some points it takes it from shipping as well as the subtotal? So things are discounted twice?

You may have to change around your order total sort to have shipping applied after your discounts. Shipping shouldn't be affected then if that is the case.

You need to run it under Tools->Install SQL Patch. That way ZenCart will handle the prefixes correctly.

You may have to change around your order total sort to have shipping applied after your discounts. Shipping shouldn't be affected then if that is the case.
