Zen Lightbox addon [Support Thread]

I am running the latest version of zen cart, have installed IH and Light box, light box is working great on additional images, but the main product image keeps opening on a pop up window, any help is very much appreciated.

Hi..
I'm using Zencart 1.3.8 with Image Handler 2 and Zen Lightbox 2. Everything works fine except when I click close button on Lightbox popup, I get the blank page. I assume that if I click the close button on Lightbox, I should go to the product page I previously visit, right? I can go back to that product page only if I click the back button on browser. What should I do?

I need some clarification please. Is the Image Handler 2 supposed to be installed first in order for Zen Lightbox or any of the lightbox mods to work?

HI Guys

Simple problem but don't know how to fix it. Using zenlight box latest version. It is working fine in FF but in IE it just goes to the next page so i thought it is IE problem, but then i went to someone's site from this thread and opened it in IE and it works fine.
Please tell me what i am doing wrong? I don't have image handler installed don't think i need that?

Zen lightbox popup appears under the custom horizontal menu.

Any chance making appear above all ??

Under I mean it appears between the html page and the menu bar it self. Its a ALL menu Java menu I am using

The problem is with the code for whatever you are using for the menu. Somewhere it's being told to stay "on top".

you telling me.. thanks. I have written to to the menu people too and they have not replied yet. Do not know what to do at the moment.
