Makenoiz. The best solution to this is to use a wildcard SSL certificate. It costs more, but allows you to create as many subdomains as you would like and they will all be protected by the single SSL certificate. So Ken ( or anyone who can help), In your opinion what is the best way to handle the SSLs. I really dont want to have an SSL for each site as we will have about 50 sites. Should I consider domains like
site1.domainName.com, site2.domainName.com or is there a way to deal with completely different domains and still keep SSLs down to a minimum?
I use Thawte, but there are cheaper solutions and also more expensive (Verisign).
