Auction Product Type

I was wondering is there a way after you convert a product to an auction to convert it back to a regular product for sale, without having to duplicate the product again?

Not really. I mean you could zap the DB and change the product type (and delete any auction info associated with that product), but there is no existing function to do that.

The product type is fixed at creation time.

I got the auction working on1.38a. By testing it I get a mail that the auction was closed and I was the winner.
When I login to confirm the order there was nothing.
Also in the adminstration section there is no line that someone was the winner and there no order line at al for that auction-product.
2) I think that the auction must be invisble when the auction past by.

Anyone an idea why I get no order, In the database seems the data correct.

hmmm, I'll have to go see, I have been playing with this for some time now, so I guess anything is possible, your probably right, when I get a free minute, I will go compare files

You have a source control problem.

The DB field bid_old_buynow_price disappeared in ALL code in V.98. You are somehow running V.97 (or earlier) of includes/classes/shopping_cart.php

Thank you, Yes I have set ShoppingCart Yes for this produkt type.
Is that not allowed?

I have install this version V0.98 on zencart v1.37.1 and it seems to be working correctly. Better as on mine verion v1.38a. You can make a test buying on stamps-and-coins.nl than you can see what I mean.

I think that you have not insert the file in includes correctly.
In your URL should be after index.php? main_page=product_auction_info&cPath=...products_id=...
That is why I think your auction files are not correctly installed.

Question I want the quantity on 0 and not in stock when the auction is over.
Did anyone no where I must look. I mean witch file.
Finally I want, for myself, that an auction item become invisible, when the auction time is past by. Also no image in featured or new items and so, till we activate it again.
Who can show me the way?
