that fixed it. I thought it must have been something simple but between checking the settings one way or the other, reloading the page to check, I must have missed that one.

Still working on the printing problem but I think I'll work that out. Should have settings the same for both profiles but there must be something different there.

cancel the printing problem - was a "shrink to page" setting which I remember reading about on this thread. Was looking for a difference in the Printable Price List settings between profiles but it was the printer settings that had me tricked - was set on one profile but not the other which is weird but problem solved anyway.

I'll have to keep doing the adjustment in Excel and send out manually for now, I'll see if I can work out how we may be able to use the "online group pricing" mod (which we also use) to reflect the Group values in the list somehow - must be a way - hopefully I can find out and post it here!!!

Additoinally, is there a way to NOT LIST ITEMS WITH STOCK BALANCE ZERO.

This is because we sell flowers - some flowers are only available seasonally, so we have the sotck balance at zero, but leave the item active so that people know that wedo stock that item when it IS in season (eg. peony rose only availabel for two months, but we want everyone to know we have it when it is available, so a wedding person for example can plan to have them at that time). Perhaps this is possible with the "available" date setting in the products?

Any guidance greatly appreciated.

products_date_available and products_quantity are both stored in the products table, so it would be a relatively easy modification to add a "WHERE products_quantity > 0" or a similar products_date_available condition to the price list module query.

I'll see if I can work out how we may be able to use the "online group pricing" mod (which we also use) to reflect the Group values in the list somehow - must be a way - hopefully I can find out and post it here!!!

I am sure a lot of users would be interested (and if that mod shows the discount prices directly it's probably easier to implement than then the zen group prices)

Just one more little question and I hope it hasnt been asked before. I vaguely remember something similar but just trawled through the whole thread and couldnt find it. Apologies if has been answered before.

I would like to exchange where the model number displays for the Product ID# allocated by Zencart. I am using the Printable Price List as the basis for our catalogue and rather than re-do a whole new numbering system, thought it would be simpler just to use the category and product numbers used by the zencart database but these need to be displayed for customers to refer to them. Product ID is the main one needed and it can be just a straight swap for the Model Number.

All else is exactly as I need.

Thanks Paul - I thought I remembered seeing it but couldnt find it anywhere. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction. I think I can work it out from those pointers (I hope?? - pretty sure I can do it).

Realy appreciate your work on this - easy to install, does exactly what it says without complication and is making my work a great deal easier.

HELP !!! Broke my price list - cant fix it. Was trying to do the modification to get products_id to show instead of model number. Downloaded the new header_php file and uploaded it to my site. Backed up the old header_php file (just renamed it so I could revert back to it if necessary). Couldnt get the new one to work so while checking it out, renamed the old one back to header_php.php. One renaming back to the old version worked but the second time I went back to it, the whole thing went blank on me.

Now all I get is a blank page. Cant work out what to do. Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but still cant get past the blank page.

In the reinstall, lost my settings but made a record of all of them so no problems there. Just need a pointer on how to get the pricelist displaying again.

Probably something totally basic and obvious but can anyone help me out here. Sorry to be a nuisance - thought I was pretty safe when I had the old file ready to put back but obviously it is not quite as simple as that.

Cancel the main panic - I've got it displaying again by changing the name of my renamed "new" version of the header_php file. It seems to have been getting confused as to whether to use the old or new file.

Got an error message on one of the profiles but I'll work on that next. Sorry for the false alarm.

I would like to know if I want to add custom links below the logo which file should edit?

I am using pricelist on 1.38 no header and footer just logo enabled in my pricelist.
