The top level tabs of the drop down menu are stacking on top of one another, and stretching across the page. The website is at http://one.valcatohosting.com/~arcademu

    I've tried the .htaccess instructions but I'm not seeing any difference, however, I can't be sure if I've done it correctly. My .htaccess looks like this:

    # -FrontPage-

    IndexIgnore .htaccess */.??* *~ *# */HEADER* */README* */_vti*

    <Limit GET POST>
    order deny,allow
    deny from all
    allow from all
    </Limit>
    <Limit PUT DELETE>
    order deny,allow
    deny from all
    </Limit>
    AuthName arcademusic.co.uk
    AuthUserFile /home/arcademu/public_html/_vti_pvt/service.pwd
    AuthGroupFile /home/arcademu/public_html/_vti_pvt/service.grp

    RewriteEngine On
    RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^one.valcatohosting.com/~arcademu$ [NC]
    RewriteRule ^(.*)$ http://one.valcatohosting.com/~arcademu$1 [R=301,L]

    I'd really appreciate it if anyone could help with this one. I have searched this forum (which is an effort in itself - loads of posts) but can't really find much on this issue.

    Cheers!
    sorry, the new link is now http://sh1.valcatohosting.com/~arcademu

    Do you see the same IE6 issue at my test site, http://www.zencart137.jadetrue.com?

    The .htaccess will not cause or fix an issue like that, that sounds like a bigger issue. The .htaccess is only there to make the drop downs drop down in IE6. I see you are trying to use images with the menu, that's not easy to do with this menu, though I see you have the image listed twice in your source, so its showing up when you drop down also.

    This is my first e-commerce site and I have the template installed. It works great!

    I need help changing the drop down menu titles and subtitles. I want to change them to different words as well as add more subcatagories if possible. The shopping cart title and My Account title are not showing up as well. I read all the posts here and still could not find a clear description of how to do it. I'm sure it is just me being a noob. Any help or links is GREATLY APPRECIATED!

    From the readme:

    Code:
    2. To change the text used for the dropdown header menu links, open up includes/languages/english/extra_definitions/apple_zen/headermenu.php
    Then that file will tell you to look in includes/languages/english/apple_zen/header.php for the login and shopping cart links and such.

    The subcategories are added automatically when you add subcategories to your store via your admin.

    Hi all.

    I've recently taken over the role of administering and designing a web shop which is based on Zen Cart with a modified version of the apple template.

    I'm currently getting into all the documentation (still got a long way ahead of me), but there are two things that I want to fix that I haven't been able to find any documentation about yet:

    The web shop's URL is: http://www.cottermc.com.

    1. When you click on categories -> Tyres -> 17", you see a huge list of different sizes. Is it possible to stop Zen Cart from automatically creating the sub menu's that come after 16", 17", etc.? So the user has to click on 16" and then goes into the category overview?

    2. If you browse the web shop with IE6/7, the images for "Monthly specials" are shown on a single line each, whereas Firefox displays them in a row, the way they should be. Does anyone know what might cause this? I've tried changing the image sizes, checking the .css, but haven't found anything so far.

    I'd greatly appreciate any help!

    Best regards,
    Northy

    While the menu is working fine (besides the flicker that you mentioned) in firefox, you might want to try using IE to open the webshop.. I don't get the menu at all when opening the URL.

    I'd like to remove the white line (under the line with grey diagonal pinstripes) that separates the skis in my home page (please see http://www.skipros.eu).
    Can you help me?

    I use this opportunity to thank you again for your great template!

    First, remove the <br> that you have above the image, its right above the table.

    Then open up includes/templates/template_default/templates/tpl_index_default.php, remove this:

    <h1 id="indexDefaultHeading"></h1>

    Then save it as includes/templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/templates/tpl_index_default.php

    1. Yes, open up includes/classes/categories_ul_generator and change this zero:
    $max level = 0

    to another number, I think 3 is the level you need. Or maybe 4. Test it out and see what you need.

    2. I'm not sure. Are you talking about the specials page? Does it happen here on my test site?
