Hi,
From experience with this module and no order being showed, it's only a matter of the customer not completing their part.
If they don't click confirm at the end of the paymate payment, then the payment just gets done, but without notification of your order from the cart.

To fix this, I changed the payment options text to "ensure you complete the paymate transaction until you are returned to our site"
Since doing this I have done about 400 transactions with no missing orders.
eg.
Cash
Bank Deposit
Credit Card "ensure you complete...."

I've just done a test transaction and DID hit the Paymate CONFIRM button - but that just gives a paymate receipt screen and nothing happens from there - there are no further buttons available.
You do not go back to the shopping site and no transaction details are recorded.

mcpisik - are you using a Standard Paymate account or the "Business" one?

Perhaps the module only works properly with the "business" account???

I am having the same problem as you, don't understand why it doesn't record the transaction before leaving to Paymate, my customers order items and I have no record of what they actually ordered.

I did some testing and didn't get a confirm button to return me to the store.

Any fixes on this? I really wanna use this module as paypal for some reason isnt taking vouchers/coupons into account when customers pay.

http://www.paymex.co.nz have a Zen Cart module - I'm gonna try it ( seeing as the Paymate one is useless ) and will post back here if it works . :)

Hope it works for you, I am disappointed in ZenCart, some essential features such as payment appear to be neglected for solutions, I am just running my store by the skin of my nose when it comes to receiving payment, I have been forced to add COD so customers have a fool proof payment option.

The paymate module doesn't even work.

Wish I knew how to make it work for you guys...
It works perfectly for me on 5 zen-cart sites that have been used on 1.3.7 and 1.3.8 versions of zc
I must say both Paymate and zencart are superb. Paymate is affordable compared to other cc methods and without zen-cart I'd be ... no where...
Good luck in finding your fix though...
