Adding an image upload script to a zencart site?

I am working on a dog related site. I want to add a separate page whereby customers can upload images of their dogs to include in the "Doggie Spotlight" for all to see. Ideally, I want to allow up to 3 images plus a text box for uploading comments/description. I created an EZ page called Doggie Spotlight, but all I have at this point is a blank page. Can anyone suggest a script I can install to suit my needs?

Image upload script already built in to zencart..
Set up category, with product, free of charge and
add image upload/s as attribute/s, with a text box.

Hmm. Not sure this is what I can use. It adds the new category to my right column cat list, but I don't want that since this is not really an orderable product belonging to my catalog. This is just a separate site feture totally separate from the cart. It also ends up adding the item to the cart. It also does not allow me to add more than one file upload textbox. This is why I figured I needed to install a third arty upload script.

You can hide the category and just keep product/s..much easier way than adding upload script...
