Yeah what a week for this to stop working. We just got a masive number of orders and mostly international. So it was a real pain having to enter everything manually. I wish USPS would stop messing with their site.

Just to confirm I am getting the the same error a blank screen with Error 500: in the left hand corner.
I will check and see if the solution works and let you know.

OK I figured it out. In fact it may have been the cause of the initial "error" on form load. When they added the new Express hold checkbox, they finally had another non-default value for the submit control. So this tells it explicitly to use continue button now.

Very simple fix:

Need to edit:
admin/includes/modules/usps_autofill_button.php
find:

<input type="hidden" name="submitControl" value="">

change to:

<input type="hidden" name="submitControl" value="Continue">

Got it! For some reason, the usps "create label" page just kept getting hung up on me. After a reboot, it now works. Thanks!!!!!
