Track Package from FedEx, UPS, Postal, DHL, etc..

I go to Admin>Customers>Orders and there is nothing anywhere that says anything about tracking. When editing an order there are no new options in the pulldown. Just from what I've read I think there should be options there as well. I'm not really sure.

What does the Configuration>Ty Tracker have to do with it? The only things in there are add the url and Use it true - false.

It seems like the only thing I got out of this are some sql entries, an admin config and a sidebox.

Okay. So I have it installed in my live store now. It does work. I don't really care for it though. This is a wonderful mod I just don't like having two order info pages. I know there arent really two order info pages but its close.

I would really like to just be able to add html to the original order comments. I have wanted to do this for over a year now. I have asked here how to do it and have seen others ask how. If anyone knows I would love to know too.

I think Im going to uninstall this mod and keep poking at adding html to the order comments. Please tell me how if you know.

Yep...but can't be done. Let us know if you fine a solution though. There are other places this ability would be helpful.

Okay, Done with that! Jack from pimahost and I worked for a few minutes to mod the mod. I still use it to give tracking and updates but it displays where comments always have. Account history info. Perfect. I love the mod. Next step (later) is to change the text and links for the carriers all to UPS. I never ever use any others and many times I have 2+ tracking numbers for people.

How did you end up getting HTML to work in the comments box?

I haven't but I'm sure there is a way. There's always a way to do what you want to do. Just a matter of finding it.

thank you for the awesome mod- I am working on my husband's website, and have the following problem:
the title of the sidebox says: BOX_HEADING_TRACK_ORDERS

which php file do I change this in?

That looks like a language file either missing or in the wrong folder.
