I googled it and read some forum posts, and tried some things and check some things but I can't get this working.

I could have sworn when I originally installed this it worked? I just reinstalled it and it still doesn't work.

I checked to make sure both the bmz cache and images folder are writable and that my image names don't have spaces or odd characters in them.

I can see that images are being properly uploaded into the images folder when I try to add an additional image with IH2 but I get the error above when I upload even though I see the new image is in the images folder.

Strange thing too is that the additional image doesn't show up on the products detail page like it should, it seems like I have multiple issues

Same problem over here...any solutions for this.

Another question, what does the "Clear Image cache" do? When you do "Clear Image cache" the folder bmz_cache are still with images.

Is there any way to change this list to be in alphabetic order?

Really not a IH problem.... it's how the javascript reading the code.
Your are using double quotes ( " ) in your image names instead the word inch. You tired to escape it but doesn't work with image names.

I am having a bit of an issue with image handler. It has to do with the additional images. I have read most of the threads that relate to the additional images and I have tried what everyone else has said worked for them. However, for some particular reason I am still not able to get any additional images to be able to scroll thru in Lightbox. I upload images thru IH2 and they show up there, however, when I go to the actual product screen, only the original image is displayed. If anyone can help me with this I would greatly appreciate it.

Ok, I can't get this to work on my new server.

Any ideas? I know it's related to IH2 cause the site works when I turn it off. I'm pretty sure it's a PHP problem, but the fix_cache_key debug tool won't work on this site for some reason. It doesn't write anything to my cache. I have used it successfully before but it's not working for me now.

Any ideas at all. I'm getting a 500 error message, but I have another site running IH2 on this exact same server that is functioning just super.

Please, I've been at this all day!

I'm not sure why, but I've changed the IP that my site resides (I have three available for my server) and somehow that fixed the problem. I'm currently investigating this further, as I really want to know why.

On a side not, is there any way to have the pop-up images be a different size from the image on the product page? Or are there any hacks that make this function better with IE? Right now I have my product image size set fairly large, but the hover image won't pop-up in IE unless the entire image can be displayed under the cursor (the pop-up will automatically stay on screen and display properly with FF). Anyone know what I'm talking about and have any ideas?

What is your Zen-Cart version? Is this 1.3.8? And please post the version of Lightbox you are using.

Hi all.

is it possible to het IH2 to enlarge smaller images, lets say 140x140 to 280x280 in the popup window. What settings to I need to set then?

I can not get a hold of larger images than 140x140.
