Stocks by attributes

Nonsense. It can be very useful when upgrading new clients' sites to be able to go back and see the original files for the mods installed.

Just because it's not a good idea to use it to build sites any more, doesn't mean that it isn't useful, and the downloads area is often an invaluable reference source.

How about a simple :

!! This download if for review only. The file contains errors. It is recommended that you use another add on. !!

And maybe link to the other add on.
Or, just move it to the Archived "older" Contributions link.

What is the point of having it in the download list if it is completely obsolete?

BTW, the Stock by Attributes v4.7a installed fine.

Followed all the instructions, all the files seem to be in place. However when I access Admin > Product with Attributes Stock I just get the following unfrormated text:

Product ID Product Name Product Model Quantity for all variants Add Quantity For Product Variant Sync Quantities

I'm at quite a loss about what's happening

Can anyone please help me with this...I'm kind of a novice, and after I installed the "stock_by_attributes_4-7MULTIADD" module, my product info pages has dissapeared...any help, pleaseeeee

I have the mod installed and working fine. My question is it created a Product__wih_attributes_stock table whit has product_id Stock_attributes and quantity columns. I understand product ID has a relationship with the producs table and quantity is based on the product and attributes hence stock by attributes. My question is the stock_attributes_column does not appear to use the same value_ID as the attribute has in the products_attributes table. Can you explain what stock_attributes has a relationship with? I am having a hard time finding it. If I find a decent erd diagram program for mysql first I might find it and then I'll let you know.

nevermind I obviously just had my brain turned off. Stock_attributes are simply the product_attribute_ID from the product attributes table. I didn't notice that the attribute is actually added to each individual product therfore being that each option on each product has a unique value.

Hi, I apologize if this has been posted before, but I've searched and haven't found any similar problem so here goes:
I've just installed "Stock by Attributes Version 4.7MULTIADD" to my shop Zen Cart Version v1.3.8.

When I view the new add-on in my admin/catalog drop down menu it say's: BOX_CATALOG_PRODUCTS_WITH_ATTRIBUTES_STOCK
When clicking on the link the table names and links looks funny, it display the file/php (?) name instead, like PWA_PRODUCT_ID, PWA_PRODUCT_NAME, PWA_PRODUCT_MODEL etc..

What did I do wrong? Please see attached screenshot...

Found it, since I have another language installed as default it couldn't find the right file to add the titles. Had to copy the files from the English folder into my country folder...

Hi!

I've installed Stock by Attributes (4.7MULTIADD) on my ZenCart 1.3.8.

It works ok, but I can't delete variants. I confirm to delete product variant but there is no changes. It's still there.

I have to delete variants directly from MySql database.
