Oh I see, I am using the 'Group Pricing' mod by Delia
I followed installation and it works correctly.
But when I created a salemaker sale of 60% off - I did not check 'Gift Certificates' nor the other category to be included within the sale.

I am selling Physical Gift Cards and Virtual Gift Certs and i just discovered that both of them are crediting as a Gift Cert value to the customers gift cert balance.
This is a disaster! This CANNOT happen - how do i fix it?
I figured out that they both had model numbers that started with GIFT but how do I reverse the values from a customer's account now for the gift cards that got in the mail and then they got a credit on their gift cert balance too?
Please help! I can't open my store again until i fix this!
You would need to go into your phpMyAdmin and manually update the customer balance for any affected customer in the table for the coupon_gv_customer ...

yes, after i calmed down from my panic attack, i realized that. i was very careful to back up my database first and then i went in and edited that table. It always makes me so nervous to touch the tables, it's like touching the cart's eyeball! Anyways, i'm back in business now. Thanks. :)
