The fix is in the post you quoted me from.
In fact, within the last 16 posts I posted this fix twice.
Thats right the fix is upload the missing file.

Really, the most common mistake is and the reason this thread is so long is that people did not check to see that "All" Images Handler files was uploaded.
2 most common files that people miss are [FONT=monospace]
[/FONT]style_imagehover.css[FONT=monospace]
[/FONT]jscript_imagehover.js

Search:
If you are login to Zen-Cart.com there is a "Search This Thread" tool.
I do keyword search, error search and browser(name) search.
I read threads by starting with the most recent post and go back. I found that I'll get the answer within a few pages but in case I don't I also note who is posting the helpful posts. Then using the "Search This Thread" tool I search that user's name.

As many have said before me, I apologize if this has already been answered ... I'm actually sure it has but I have searched and searched and come up with nothing I must not be hitting on the right keywords.

I've installed Image Handler, it works great. What I am trying to figure out is how to have it resize the images for all the products that were already on my site at the time of install. Related to this, if I was to go back and change the size I wanted for say the smallest image size, how do I have Image Handler go back and resize all the images on the site?

Check your Admin --> Configuration --> Images, it's all there.

Whatever the error is search for that error.

common j-script error with IE with people using a older IH.
"pageY is null or not an object"
So do a search for "pageY is null or not an object" but you might have to break down the search term to a word or 2.
Sometimes Zen-Cart search is lacking.

Exactly, try it first on your local test site.
If you don't have one, it is high time to get one.

I am able to see my images, in category listings...

but when I try to view a specific product, NO images are displayed.
