We are occasionally missing orders from zen cart.
The payment arrives ok in paypal with a zenid but when you look at the customer in zen cart it shows 0 orders.
As paypal does not give any detail on the item purchased we either have to guess or contact the customer to find out what they have purchased.
The name of the customer in paypal matches the name in zen cart and the creation date in zen cart matches the date in paypal.
What could cause zen cart not to register the order.
Most orders payed via paypal work fine.
