How to delete choices from the Information box?

For example i want to delete the "gift certificate faq" and others..

1. admin panel/ configuration/ define page status/ discount coupon
2. set to 3

I don't see in that section, in the list, the pages for "gift certificate faq", "newsletter" and "unsubscribe". So i can't do nothing?

Another question how do i change the size of the columns?

1. Admin Panel/ Modules/ Order Totals/ Gift Certificates - uninstall it
2. You made you go back to my original notes to find this one...

Gift Certificates are an ORDER TOTAL module (a method of payment).

To disable the Gift Certificates FAQ link, uninstall the Gift Certificates module in the order total control panel:

Admin>>>Modules>>>Order Total.
