Your custom "theme025" template contains a broken product-listing template, which has removed the form button which one must use to "submit" the quantities for processing, either by clicking or by hitting return/enter. Without the button being on the form, it's not going to work.
You'll need to either reverse-engineer whatever they broke and fix it, or get whoever did the template for you to fix their bug for you.

I could accept that, if it was like that everywhere.
Buy brake pads..works fine.
Oil or Brake kits..no work.
??
Do you notice the "add to cart" button that appears on your Brake Pads product listing, but not on other pages?
ie:
http://www.e-brakes.com/index.php?ma..._199408_201302
vs
http://www.e-brakes.com/index.php?ma...ort=20a&page=2
What's unique in your template or customizations that's removing that button?
Does it work any differently if you remove the &sort=20a parameter?

No..no difference.
It works everywhere in pads, but nowhere in fluds or brake kits...first page or results, or second, with/without the sort flag added to the URL.
I have no sort order set in the Config either.
cant say there is anything unique anywhere, I havent touched it..it just -works- on the other product uploads...but none of these.
huh..
"... other product uploads ..." ?
What do you mean?

As for your listings, whatever's causing it has completely skipped both the <form> itself as well as the submit button on those pages.
You could try to narrow it down to your template simply by switching to the Classic template and see whether the form/buttons appear again. If not, then something in your site's various custom coding changes is breaking it.

Other uploads means..when I use EZP to upload the different product brands, or lines.
I do nothing different for each of the category types..but I am getting different results in the store afterwards.
Things work when I use the classic template.
But..I still dont get how the same template works for some products, and not others when they all share the same attributes.
