As with any help forum, answers not being posted don't mean you are being ignored.. It may simply mean that no one has an answer to your specific question.. Have you tried posing your question on the WordPress forum?? You might luck out by posing the question the other way around..

I appreciate the suggestion.. I'll test this out for the next time I use WOZ.. In the meantime for the sake of expediency, I had to come up with a resolution for my two clients who I'm using the WOZ add-on with. For these two clients, I opted to use the sideboxes only on the Zen Cart side, and then skin the WordPress blog to match. (I cheated a little by finding WordPress templates which were VERY similar to the Zen template I was creating.)

Sounds like you have more CSS adjustments to make.. My suggestion is to get the Firefox developer tools and have a look at the WordPress content and set the width of the the containers which hold the main WordPress content. If they are fixed widths, you may need to either remove the width settings or set them to 100%..
I am assuming this is some kind of WordPress plug-in. Can you confirm this??
Thank you very much. I will look into that. Anything to make this a little easier on a non-programmer. :) I know enough to get myself into trouble.Sounds like you have more CSS adjustments to make.. Yes it is a WordPress plug-in, but everything is installed in the Zen Cart directory. Here is the link: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/...r-integration/I am assuming this is some kind of WordPress plug-in. Can you confirm this??
Can anyone tell me if they've had any luck installing any of the SEO plugins for this application? I have 2.71 successfully installed on my site with the Simple SEO URL's mod for Zen.
My urls look beautiful but I have no control over the title, description, or keywords on my blog. Does anybody have any luck with this?
Glad that helped.. The Firefox dev tools are very useful..
Thanks for the information! :)
My guess is that you can't control them since they are generated by WordPress and not Zen Cart.. Have you tried posing this question on the SEO support thread as well??
Using: WP 2.51, ZC 1.38a, Simple SEO URL 3.6.6
I'm also not interested to upgrade to WP 2.71. I don't think upgrading will solve this problem. As it is, WOZ is working on my site, just the URLs are not showing up properly.
Main WP page in zen cart: http://www.singaporevault.com/store/...page=wordpress
I need help with the following:
Archives Sidebox:
Current: http://www.singaporevault.com/store/?m=200903
Need it change to: http://www.singaporevault.com/store/...press&m=200903
Categories Sidebox:
Current: http://www.singaporevault.com/store/?cat=3
Need it change to: http://www.singaporevault.com/store/...ordpress&cat=3
Individual Post:
Current: http://www.singaporevault.com/store/?p=71
Need it change to: http://www.singaporevault.com/store/...wordpress&p=71
Individual Page:
Current: http://www.singaporevault.com/store/?page_id=3
Need it change to: http://www.singaporevault.com/store/...ress&page_id=3
I can't seem to figure out what and where needs to be adjusted. It doesn't seem too difficult but I'm at a lost.
I think I've narrowed my problem further.
Currently my URL comes up as: www.mysite.com/store/?cat=1
I needthe URL to show up as any one of the following:
1) www.mysite.com/store/wordpress?cat=1 or
2) http://www.mysite.com/store/index.ph...ordpress&cat=1 or
3) http://www.mysite.com/store/?index.p...ordpress&cat=1
Basically I need to add:
1) "wordpress" before of "?" or
2) "index.php?main_page=wordpress&" after "?"
Your question (and the answer) sounds more like a question for the SEO support thread.. Have you tried posing it there??? If you read through this support thread, most of the questions and answers are dedicated to configuring the WOZ mod to work. I do believe that part of the issue with SEO mods and this mod may be related to the fact that URL's are actually generated by WordPress (the URLS you are indicating are being generated as examples are indeed the way the URLs will be formatted). But that would be something that someone in the SEO support thread might be able to answer..

Some additional thoughts.. To get URLs formatted the way you want would require changes to the WOZ mod.. With the exception of the main blog page URL, the URLs generated by WordPress are indeed WordPress generated URLs, not Zen Cart generated URLs. Therefore Zen Cart SEO mods will not be able to manage these URLS.. A possible solution is to install a WordPress SEO mod instead.. The most likely solution is a modification of the WOZ mod..
The original developer of this mod is LONG gone (he hasn't made an appearance here in well over a year and is absent on his own blog). If no one pops into this thread with a solution and you really want this, you might try posting your needs on the commercial forum.. I've had good success with postings there for things clients insisted on having..

I've also posted this question in the SEO thread. But as this is more of a Wordpress issue, those people in the SEO thread can't help much.
I know that Wordpress generates URLs on its own and my problem is the way Wordpress generates it. I'm trying to figure out how to change that.
If someone can point to me how WOZ makes the main page for Wordpress to become "index.php?main_page=wordpress", I might be able to figure something out on how to add it in front of all Wordpress generated URLs.
Edit:
opps... didn't read your 2nd post. I might try to use a Wordpress SEO mod to add in the word "wordpress" but I highly doubt it would work. I'm now trying to figure out how to mod the WOZ files. I can't seem to find anything inside WOZ that calls the URL from Wordpress and mod it from there.
I know there's another user who is using WP 2.7 and ZC and the ZC SSU who has success but the person doesn't know how it was done. They were fooling around with the programs and it just happened to work.
