Really sorry if I'm being dumb here but I don't get why you sent me to that single post on how to unistall the mod?

I want to get it working not unistall it and need a response on the questions I asked. If I'm missing something here, forgive me for being so slow :)

Hi Hem,

Nice! Works great as is! But similar to babyface, I have a couple of questions.

1) Is is possible to have the reward points = %off rather than $off?

2) If so, is it possible to set limits:
1000 points = 5% off
2500 points = 10% off
5000 points = 15% off (max limit)

I had a good think about this one- mainly how to deliver it so it is simple and does not impact the mod as it already stands. I'll add it to the next release. I guess you two are up to doing a bit of guinea-pigging...

It's not an uninstall- it's a bit of MySQL to get rid of your multiple Reward Point items in the Config menu

This add on looks like something I could use.

But I have a functionality question: Does this add on allow me to set up and track a “customer referral” program on my newly launched site?

I would like to offer points for “new registration” referrals.
(Could then lead into points for purchases, which this one seems to cover).

My thought was to give a code to someone who then passes that along to others. And then when those “referred” people sign up the “referrer” gets points.

If this add on does not support that idea does anyone know one that does?

hi hem, i got a problem on this mod,

i set global reward points for my products, and i set award points for new accounts (points added to earned), then i did a test, create account i got points earned, buy something i got points pending, everything seemed to work fine.

but then, when other customers created accounts and placed orders on my site, weird things happened, 10 custormers created accounts, only 3 customers got points earned. 5 customers placed orders, only 1 customer got points pending (this customer chose wire transfer, the other 4 customers chose paypal and got no points pending or earned).

is it the normal problem? is there anything i missed? what do i fix this problem?

i forgot telling the version, i use zencart 1.38 and reward points module 1.23

There is an issue with PayPal IPN in that it does not call the notifiers correctly and therefore the reward points do not get automatically added.

yea thats why the reward points dont added to those paypal ipn orders of my custormers.

but for my first question, 10 custormers created accounts, only 3 customers got points earned, i dont know why the other customers couldnt get points automatically added when creating accounts, i did set award points for new accounts (points added to earned), any ideas?

another question, does the rp mod work on the payment module credit cart or other online payment mod? thanks
