Remove item ordered on invoice

Hi! One of my customer ordered 2 items from me. But unfortunately 1 of the item was out of stock. How can i remove the OUT OF STOCK item from the invoice? It looks like below:

You could try one of the Free Software Add Ons. Open it up with the link at the top of this page and search for edit orders.
