Make sure to put your css file in your: includes/templates/classic/css
Folder or select the template from your backend to the template you're using - and place your css files there...

Your server is denying your site access to your stylesheets. There's a FAQ about this. Although it refers to the Admin, it's more generally relevant too. You will probably need some input 1&1 to get this sorted, as they're the ones who know how their security is configured.

And here's another related FAQ in addition to the one Kuroi mentioned: https://www.zen-cart.com/tutorials/i...hp?article=235

Ah yes. I thought that there was a better lurking, and that's it. Hat tip to DrByte and recommend you visit his FAQ recommendation first.

Another thing to consider using 1and1.com is if you are going to have a shopping cart on a shared server you may end up with the same problems that I had. The Apache software version they are/were using is several versions older than PCI.org will allow and would not pass the quartly scan. 1and1 refused to upgrade the software so I had to move 8 e-commerce sites to another Host.

You can find several Host that specialize in Zencart on this forum. ("Certified Hosts")

1and1.com is a great host for personal web sites but not for e-commerce unless you move up to their expensive dedicated server.

    A word to the wise!
