    I get these errors in my sitemapezpages.xml file:

    XML Parsing Error: not well-formed
    Location: http://www.bendisskin.com/sitemapezpages.xml
    Line Number 34, Column 61: <loc>http://www.bendisskin.com/index.php?main_page=page&id=34</loc>
    ------------------------------------------------------------^
    I guess it doesn't like the second "="? Is there a way to fix this so it doesn't produce this error?

    This is a sitemap for search engines and is not meant to be viewed in a browser. You need this, though, to help improve your organic search engine result placement (SERP) in the search engines. I recommend updating this sitemap every time you make any changes to your categories, products, meta tags, or anything else in your website. The search engines respond more and place a higher value on your content when you are pinging them with updated sitemaps as it shows that the site's content is actively changing and isn't static.

    I think that you are confusing this with the zen cart sitemap that is displayed on your site for visitors to quickly find what they are looking for.

    Zen Cart and it's community are the best!!

    It will throw error if there are no reviews.
    Try opening other .xml files in the root of your store and they will display, if there is some content.

    Thanks,

    When I clicked on the sitemapproducts.xml, URLs in this Google Sitemap: 476 and sitemapcategories.xml, 56 etc. I got this message only when I click on the sitemapreviews.xml. I see now what you are talking about.

    Thanks lankeeyankee, and ckosloff.

    For anyone wanting to remove the OLD version of sitemap, run this script from the root of your store (assuming you have shell access)

    Code:
    rm admin/googlesitemap.php
    rm admin/images/google-sitemaps.gif
    rm admin/includes/boxes/extra_boxes/googlesitemap_tools_dhtml.php
    rm admin/includes/extra_datafiles/googlesitemap.php
    rm admin/includes/languages/english/googlesitemap.php
    rm admin/includes/languages/english/extra_definitions/googlesitemap.php
    rm admin/includes/languages/italian/googlesitemap.php
    rm admin/includes/languages/italian/extra_definitions/googlesitemap.php
    rm admin/includes/languages/russian/googlesitemap.php
    rm admin/includes/languages/russian/extra_definitions/googlesitemap.php
    and this db patch

    Code:
    SET @configuration_group_id=0;
    SELECT (@configuration_group_id:=configuration_group_id) FROM configuration_group WHERE configuration_group_title= 'Google XML Sitemap' LIMIT 1;
    DELETE FROM configuration WHERE configuration_group_id = @configuration_group_id AND configuration_group_id != 0;
    DELETE FROM configuration_group WHERE configuration_group_id = @configuration_group_id AND configuration_group_id != 0;
