Thanks, anthonyd, for great functionality.

I really like the rotating image gallery that you've created, and I want to incorporate this into a live site. I'd like to incorporate it inside the current template, rather than having to rebuild a template that the client is happy with. Can you tell me which pieces of code I need to embed in which files in order to get the carousel to show up in our template?

The site is www. interlitfoundation .org and we are using 1.3.8.

I am working with the ZJ Silver Wide template with ZC 1.3.8

Does anybody have a link to a site using this template?

As I am trying to figure out different browser behavior (FireFox vs InternetExployer).
Not sure if it is a “feature”

of IE or mistake in my css
My changes look nice in FF , but , the “refresh” in IE does not look that good

I changed the body background to an image …
When I “refresh” the IE browser the background goes to white first
then the image . This is not the case in FF

Just a quick note regarding previous post #163.

Apologies for my lack of knowledge on CSS and browsers for that matter...

The short of it is :
I had a background-image defined for <body>
However, I did not have a background-color set for <body>

I am test with Firefox and IE .
The browsers seem to behave a little different on cache

In a case in which the background-color is not defined the browser will default
to browsers background-color defaults, then render the background-image.

Firefox seems to cache things so that subsequent “refresh” requests do not “flash”
with a background color first - default or defined.

IE seems to “flash” the background color first then then render the background-image
- default or defined – every time on subsequent “refresh” requests

Browser Issue … tons of info on the web about this …
DANG! that common knowledge thing, seems I was the last to know …..

Huh , I guess I never noticed before …..

I really like this template but is there anyway I can solve this error, otherwise I won't be able to use it:

Firefox display...perfect

IE display...messy

- is there a way to rectify this so that it is displayed well across both (and hopefully all other) browsers?

I need to change width of JMyCarousel but don't know how to do this. Tried to find some settings in *.js files but it's to hard to me.

The file you need is jscriptfoot_jquery-cookies_json.js. This should be in includes/templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/jscript/. This js file has been compressed using packer, so go to http://dean.edwards.name/packer/ and copy and past the jscript file into the lower portion and click decode. Once decoded, find the css define in the javascript, and change it to whatever you like. I believe the particulat jquery plugin used here dictates the width by something like either "visible:x" or "width:y" so search for visible or width in the decompressed javascript, and change to what you need. (there will likely be a ton of results found for those queries, but look for something to do with carousel). To work correctly with the other jscript files in the mod, you will need to repack the javascript using the same website mentioned above. Remember to save your original js files and backup backup backup...

As I said, I want to change width of this element so I can change number of displayed images from 4 to 3 (it's easy to find in both sources above). But while it works fine for FF and Opera it does not work in IE.

Need to find how width of this element is calculated in this script...

We are rather impressed with this template...using ZJ Black 2 on ZC 1.3.8. We're having an SSL issue with the login and can't find any reference to it here so far. When you click on Login in the header bar, you are NOT redirected to the https url. Check it out at http://parishgoods.com. I tried changing the header file...but I think the JS is overriding the ssl link.

Any suggestions? Thanks!
