I've now got the latest version of the addon working, thanks to Anthony. I've still got a problem with the attribute prices displaying before tax, when I need them to include the tax. Can anyone help with this?
Cheers, Emily
If you want to change teh grid to display vertically, just change the sort order of the 2 attributes. If you're only using one attribute, then create a second one which is QTY, in exactly the same way you did for the first version. You can then just change the sort order of these 2 attributes, and hey-presto, horizontal becomes vertical.

You can't really combine these two modules, as they would essentially be doing the same thing, so I would suggest that a completely new module was created, to compliment the new GRID type attribute.
Can you post a "proposed screenshot" so that we can get a better idea of what you want this module to look like, and if it's possible, we can take it from there.....

Why is it that this mod does not show the attribute values in their proper sort order. It appears that it is sorting them in alphabetical/numerical order. As you can see this is in alphabetical order.
![]()
It should be sorted according to size - smallest first.
Have you set up the sort order on a PER PRODUCT basis, or just on the actual option values? You would need t ensure that the sort order is set through the ATRRIBUTE CONTROLLER, for each product, rather than setting the global sort orders on the option values page.
This can be seen on our test site, where we have set the sort orders in reverse price order to confirm.

FlowerChild - I don't think there is a global setting within the admin, however, you can run an SQL statement against the table, and set the sort orders for each attribute like that.

I wanted a way to allow multiple sizes to be ordered at one time. I also need the ability to allow customer to "attach files" for upload.
Before i installed "Product Attribute Grid" upload was working just fine...
After i installed ["B]Product Attribute Grid[/B]" any options that should "accept uploaded files" don't work. It instead put the word "TEXT" where the "filename should be".
In other cases these fields that should "accept upload files" don't show up at all in the cart. Here's a snapshot of 3 senarios. I included the "input screen" the customer would fill out and the CART to show what is happening.
(also attached it so you can see it enlarged)
ITEM 1 IN CART:
shows that it "DOES" show the upload field of "Sticker-175" but doesn't show the filename instead it says "TEXT".
(doesnt upload a file either)
ITEM 2 IN CART:
This is the actual way i intent to use the grid (for custom products). As you can see here it didn't include "either upload files" Filename-Front or Filename-Back.
** no file was uploaded either **
ITEM 3 IN CART:
This is a product "WITHOUT" using the PRODUCT ATTRIBUTE GRID". The upload filed "Sticker-175" shows up and has the filename like it should
The file does upload
Obviously i am doing something wrong and i can't find any directions on how to use the module so is it possible i "CAN'T" have several drop down boxes or radio boxes if i use the grid module?
I am so confused as to what is happening. I couldn't fine any documentation in the product attribute grid module as to how to use it all i got was the installation directions.
ZEN VERSION: 1.3.8a
OTHER MODULES INSTALLED: Enhanced Attribute Controller
