Reward Points Module for ZC v13x

Hi Andrew,

I have an earlier version of the Mod installed.

I wanted to change the global ratio from 1.00 to 0.5, so I amended it as I assumed it should have been done, eg

Catalog>Rewards points>Set Global Reward Point Ratio.

Now, all the rewards points are still available to existiign customers, but they have no actual $value ???

I retraced my steps and reset it back to 1.00, but all customers are still shwoing available points but no $ value.

What did I do.!!!

Update to the latest version (1.26) as a lot of these issues have been fixed- This sounds like a rounding error which appeared in one of the earlier versions.

I just updated to 1.26 and the 'Value of Earned:' is still showing as $0.00

I processed a few orders to check and the points get allocated, but they do not have any $value against them. ????

What settings should I be checking to rectify this

All fixed, it was the global reward redeem ratio that was not set..
