Nice sharing on image preparation though it might be some plug-in instead. I'll use this method in my new site.
Thanks

Hi,
I know there is a plugin named IM, but I have not applied it successfully except under the classic theme!![]()
Oh, sorry, it might be IH2, is it right?
This society is always so helpful,![]()
Extract from the Image Handler readme fileThis is already done for classic, which is why that works for you.If you use a custom template, copy the contents of
includes/templates/templates_custom into your custom template’s folder or
merge the files if the target files have already been customized by you.
There is a long and detailed support thread for Image Handler where any further questions on that mod should be posted.

[QUOTE=Ryk;52570]Optimising images for ZC
Start by deciding on the size you want the large image to display at.
NB. As mentioned earlier, you can’t set the dimensions of the large image in ZC – not in 1.2.1d anyway – but it will display at the dimensions you upload it, although you may have to tweak the javascript file for the pop-up window to open at the size you want. The file you need to edit is /includes/modules/pages/product_info/jscript_main.php. In the function popupWindow(url) change width= and height= to your sizes. (You can also decide whether or not you want scrollbars by setting scrollbars=no or scrollbars=yes.) Then save the file to includes/modules/YOUR_TEMPLATE/pages/product_info/
I have followed this to the letter however i don't have the file includes/modules/YOUR_TEMPLATE/pages/product_info/
The template i am using is freetemplate 2 from
http://www.zenflavor.com/free-zen-ca...te-2-wide.html
I'm using the latest Zen Cart however the freetemplate 2 does not have the /pages/product_info/
All of my pics open at 125X125 instead of at 500X500
What do i need to do to get this to work?
Please have a look at the site and let me know what you think.

If the folder doesn't exist (which by default it won't since Zen Cart can't know in advance your template name, and your template won't have it if it doesn't need it) then you will need to create it using your template name (freetemplate2) in place of YOUR_TEMPLATE.
Although you say you have followed the instructions to the letter,m you appear top have put your thumbnail images into a folder called small and added a suffix _SML to them. Either of these changes from the recommended approach will cause Zen Cart to be unable to find your medium and large images.

Well the MED photos are working now however the new page with the LRG photo are still opening at 125X125.
I'll have to give it a go later, once i have had some shut eye.
Thanks
