Hi, I have a quick question to which I hope there is a solution someoe can help me with.

I would like to create a hyperlink to another page outside of the applezen template when I click on the logo.gif at the top left of the page. Is this possible and how would I go about changing that? I appreciate any help you can provide, I am almost finished with implementing the great Apple Zen Template, just want to add this final touch.

You can open up includes/templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/tpl_header.php, and in place of the zen cart derived logo, do it manually.

You don't have all the files uploaded into the correct folders. Check, double, and triple check.

How do I remove the My Account menu button?

My web site is a show case (Store status = 1) and therefore I do not need the shopping cart, or the login functionality. I found how to remove the Shopping Cart menu button, and I removed the My Account sub menu items. However, I can't figure out how to remove the My Account menu button.

I have searched this thread for several hours and have learned much about tpl_drop_menu.php and tpl_header.php but have not found an answer to my specific issue.

Would very much appreciate help.

I've a similar problem with the previous guy on the navigation bar...

whilst his problem is not uploading the right files (i.e. some files missing), mine is the different tabs in the navigation bar won't appear!

as u can see from the pic below, the navigation bar only shows HOME and CATEGORIES. its supposed to show other tabs like MY ACCOUNT, INFORMATION etc.

i've been using the developer's toolkit to search all the files and i just cant seem to find out what is wrong. I've checked the tpl_drop_menu.php file and the coding seems intact, so is the header.php file.

am i missing a file too? please advise! >___< thanks in advance!

I also had this exact problem with only the Home and Categories menu buttons showing up. The cause was also (as for alexisthemovie) that I'd not correctly uploaded the apple_zen directories/files. I fixed my problem by (re)dragging the apple_zen includes folder into the zen-cart (very top) directory so that all the files were correctly placed, allowing the zen-cart override system to work as designed. After reloading apple_zen, voila, all the top drop down menu buttons were in place. I did have to re-do some customization to files. While missing, or mis-located, apple_zen directories/files may not be the cause of your problem, perhaps try re-loading. If you've not done massive customization, it's a quick thing try. Hope this helps.
