Neither is 3, 4, and 5 but they match 1. I ran out of room in the screen shot. You have to scroll down below the edge of the screen to see them. Liz
"Copy ALL Option Values to another Option Name" at the bottom, I made sure and used it on both the option values and option names.

When you got the error message ...
What did you select for the Option Name?
What did you select for the Option Value?

Ajeh,
When I select my downloads, depending on which one it is.
If it is my first zip file, I select under Option Name:
Download 1 (Radio) and under Option Value: Zip File (Download 1)
And I follow that format for the rest.
Under Option Value is the option "Text (Reserved for Text/FilesOnly Attributes)
I don't have that option anywhere that I can see any place else, just in that section. I didn't put it in my controller, I didn't NOT take it out, etc. it's just there. I ignore it every time I load a zip file for download.
Liz
The only way I can produce a similar error to your image 4 is to have the Text (Reserved for Text/FilesOnly Attributes) selected on the Option Value ...
As long as each of your Option Names show their Option Values and are selected when you add an attribute ... I am not sure why else you would get that error message ...

I've read through the posts in this thread and see that this has never been asked, well once but never answered. I have my mp3 files that are available for download setup through Payloadz. Before using zencart (I'm new at this) the file download link would be sent through payloadz...so I didn't have to store any mp3 files on my site. Is there a way I can still setup the downloads through zencart but have the files downloaded through the payloadz link. I have a lot of music and the reason I switched over to payloadz is because I'm running out of space on my server. Any help would be appreciated.
Zen Cart doesn't support serving downloadable files from remote locations at this time.

Ok, thanks for your reply.
I found a great tutorial site for 1.3.7 but I'm sure it could be adapted for today's environment.
