Okay that all works now I have reupdated my permsiions. Only hiccup is the options for permissions changed and I lots a few from installed addons. Main one is the Image handler 2 which is no longer listed in the options even for the main admin. Pain really lol as it is wayharder to install then the patch. If anyone has an easy solution other than reinstalling please I would love you to point me in the right direction.
