How do I configure the shipping I want???

Maybe I'm not that bright, but I'm not finding how exactly to do what I want to do with the shipping.
Here's what I want.

It's Flat Rate shipping of $7.95 UP TO $150
If they spend $150 or more, it's Free Shipping.
And, I want it to display HOW it will be shipped, namely UPS Ground, for some reason it says Best Way right now.
And, I want to apply a different shipping price for Canada and the UK.

Hi

Try looking in admin>modules>shipping and configure your Free shipping Options to configure your free shipping over $150.

I am not sure how to configure the UPS module as I don't use it myself, but you can configure it from the same place as admin>modules>shipping.

For your third point, assuming you can't configure the UPS module to work, you can also set up your zones module for different shipping prices for different countries.
