Quantity Discounts for 1.3

I'd really like to be able to have quantity discount by either weight or sort order

Instead of applying a discount, we would like to apply a surcharge. We thought that by adding a negative percent, it would work. But alas, it doesn't. Is there a way to do this easily?

OK, I have to retract that!! In my testing I added items one at a time to see if this mod would calculate the discount even though I added one at a time. This worked because i never changed any attributes. After reading your reply I went back and added these items one at a time with different attributes each (merely changed the font selection) and low-and-behold it did NOT calculate a discount for the items.

I guess I'll have to message you private to see if you can do some custom coding for me. In fact, I'll go to your site and request it. Sorry for the confusion, I guess it is the attributes throwing it off.

Was a solution ever discovered for this problem? I've been having problems with customers not receiving their discounts when using PayPal Express or "Checkout without signup" and then trying to pay via Paypal.

Not sure what's meant by "put the tax above the discount". I'm also using the Local Sales Tax mod, along with your great discount mod (customized so it only works with one category). No matter how I set "include tax", it still charges the tax on the full amount, not the discounted amount. The tax calculation is correct, it's just not "seeing" the discounted price.
