Stock by Attribute v4.0 addon for v1.3.5-1.3.9

Seeing as Zen Cart v2 has been put on hold indefinitely, I have a questions.

1) Has anyone managed, with this mod, to be able to hide an attribute from the drop down list when stock levels equal zero?

2) As the Ajax version of this mod is incomplete, I am going to try installing the previous 4.7 version of this mod (non Ajax). If I download it from the add-on section will it contain all the latest files?

This is simply not true. I suggest that you head over to the Discussion about 2.0 thread where one of the Dev Team posted recently about the work that is currently being done on 2.0.

I'd be very careful about anything that you read about the Zen Cart project on that site. It has absolutely nothing to do with the actual Zen Cart project and the person or persons behind it are not those who actually write and maintain Zen Cart.

So yes, there's a helluva lot more than a glimmer. Personally I'd like to see Zen Cart 2 given a 5exy code name, that'd leave the cyber squatter with egg on his face ... but that's another topic and not for this thread, so I'll leave it there.

Improved attributes mod and
Product with attributes Stock added I have used this no problem with 1.3.7.

What I am doing is this : add an item add the sizes
then add another name with 3 values under attributes see here:



when i go into Product with attributes Stock

Not only do the options for my new drop downs no longer show but I get this error when I try to add the stock count for each?

Tried again removing the secondary option and even with using the same quantity for "all" sizes .

So I go to add quanity for product variant and

I get this error when i simply select quantity "1" for all :

I am sorry If this is a repeat but it does not seem that anyone is talking about the same issue I am although I have realized that even though I have set quantities and turned off being about to check out if quantity is 0 that is happening as well creating a -1 etc.. in the catalog.

I have read about the multiadd version and to use the order.php file from that mod and it will correct the quantity problem but i have searched and cannot for the life of me find the download. What is the link to this download?

You're using the multiadd version in which the author left a debug statement that kicks in and causes this error. You can safely remove line 193 from your admin/products_with_attributes_stock.php file.

It's the same as for the other versions, but you need to scroll down to find it amongst the earlier releases. Currently it's second from the top, or you could do a page search for "MULTIADD".
