Slow parse times

Hello, Im really new to all this web design stuff so bear with me. I was wondering if there are some simple solutions to how slow my site is loading.

I have the little parse time thing turned on and im getting ranges from 3 to 10 seconds to load any given page and from my content this seems like a rediculously long time.

Any tips would be much appreciated

(its not finished and missing some images, but we are trying to get the functionality before we worry about the looks.)

Have you tried to turn on GZip in the Configuration ... GZip ...

You have nothing on your site to be this slow ...

What do you see in you Zen Cart Admin for the Tools ... Service Info ... on the Load Averages for your server?

Ajeh -- did you intend to say server info? I just upgraded to 1.3.8 (from 1.3.7) and dont see this under tools, am I missing something?

Server/Version Info would be the right one ...
