Using v1.3.8a and I also have Image Handler 2 and Easy Checkout mods installed.
I was looking at the site today and I noticed my breadcrumb nav links are messed up? If I click on a category it always says Home, any ideas on this?

I was able to solve the problem.
The file /includes/init_includes/init_add_crumbs.php lost all of its' returns on upload. Repaired the file and all is well again.
