banners will not show

You appear to have called your Banner Groups set on your Banners:
wide banner
side banners

But in the Configuration ... Layout Settings ... you do not have those set anywhere ...

The spelling of the Banner Group name in the Banner Manager and the Layout Settings much match "identically" for them to work ...

All of your Layout Settings for the Banners for the Header and Footer are setup to use a Banner Group Name for:
wide-banners

That is NOT the same as:
wide banner

So either change the name in the Configuration ... Layout Setting ... or change the Banner Group name in the Banner Manager ...

Once the names are matching ... you can test to see if things are working ... or if you need to check your templates for something that might have been commented out ...
