Could be that Safari does not support this j-script function?

Everything is good with FF and IE so I suspect it is Safari itself that has a issue.

this fix works for FF 3.5.3 and IE 8.0.6001.18828 but it does not work for Chrome or Safari... anyone test in chrome?
