OK, last reply from me on this which may help anyone else who's getting password failure from Worldpay

I contacted Worldpay about this and they found that the "Invisible auth password" had a password set, despite there being no evidence of one in the Installation settings.

Suggest if anyone is having the same problem, try clearing this field again or contacting RBS support to clear it for you.

Hi all,

I had a problem last night were worldpay rejected my customers credit card. This happened to 2 of my customers last night so far. The problem for me is that if they then go back and select paypal to pay, they and I, don't get an order confirmation and no order is created. I have to look in supertracker to see what they ordered.

Has anyone had this problem before?

Hi, has anyone sucessfully implemented Worldpay with the CKD Japanese language module. I've got the buying stage working fine. But have a problem with the Worldpay sucess/cancelled failure pages.
I don't have language translations for Worldpay - but am OK with using english on the Worldpay response page for the first bit (ie Worldpay - success - thankyou..etc) - where the Worldpay transaction responses further down the page are in Japanese. However, with IE8 and Mozilla the english is being transiterated to some sort of weird glyphs both for my site links and the text.
Both browsers are set to display utf8. If anyone has any language tranlsations or can point me in the right direction, I would really appreciate it. Thanks.

FYI Received From RBSWorldpay Today

11th November: we will activate our list of permitted HTML tags for all live payment pages for all customers. At this point any visual impairment to the design of your payment pages caused by the measures we are taking to prevent cross site scripting will be visible to your shoppers. If this causes an issue for your payment pages you can remove the list from your installation via our Merchant Interface(see Disabling and Re enabling Whitelist in Technical Notes) up until the 25th November 2009 from when all installations will work with the list of permitted HTML tags without exception.

haha they keep on pushing back the dates when they are making it compulsory!

If only they had tested all this stuff themselves and sorted it out more quickly........

Hi All

I've been having trouble with the return page from Worldpay getting all screwed up because of losing .css

I was advised by Worldpay to use their 'Customize payment pages' feature which I have done and the pages now look much better, but I think that because it's not returning as originally intended my orders are not showing in Zencart (but they are in Worldpay)

Does anyone know a way around this? Or do I need to go back to my original plan of hacking the return page like the post on page 39 (ish) suggests?

I got this notification below from RBS via E-mail. Does anyone know if we need to do any thing?

23rd November: Payment Notification (Callbacks) IP Address Changes - you may need to configure your firewall to receive notifications from our new IP address
25th November: Change to our IP address for notifications - you may need to configure your firewall to send notifications to our new IP address

Well I am about to cry


I rather stupidly did not think that the changes they were referring to made any difference to me as I thought they were referring to the actual custom pages on worldpay itself ie putting in your own logo etc so to read that there are issues with the callback pages is a shocker.

The reason why I ended up here in the support thread is that I have an existing site xxxxxx.com which is working fine with worldpay as things stand. We are moving it to xxxxxx.ie and have basically copied everything over.

The problem though is that I am getting the screwed up response pages on the new site but not on the old site. They are both hititng the same worldpay account etc so could anyone answer this ...

Have existing merchants sites ( url specific ) been given a temporary exemption from the changes ? I am trying to figure out why one is working and one isn't and can't figure it out at all

Ok - I have installed an SSL cert on the new domain and this has rectified the display problem.

I am completely confused though from reading this thread.

Are all websites going to experience problems when this change is enforced or is it just some templates ?
