Just another Cross-Sell mod (support thread)

Silly thought but thought I would throw it out there just in case, you went into tools>module manager and installed the new module as well? I have no idea exactly what that installs, but I don't think it was actually listed in the instructions to run it.

Thanks for the suggestion but yes, I did that - it just says that there are no modules to install. Apart from that all I did was load the files into the appropriate directory folders as instructed in the installation instructions (and change the text and add in the code of course).
I'm going to have one more go at reinstalling everything and see if it makes any difference.

Tried redownloading all files and reinstalling and it's still not working. The module manager still doesn't find when asked to install and I've exactly the same problem as before: that is I don't have the cross sell mod appearing on the configuration menu and the advanced cross sell admin page says "Product cross sell applies to "Product XSELL_FORM_INPUT_TYPE(s):" and won't let me input any products.
Does anybody have any other ideas please as I'm increasingly desperate.

I am using v1.8.3.

Just trid to install the cross sell mod and received this message when I tried logging on to my admin panel:

Fatal error: Class 'yclass' not found in /home/explora/public_html/zc/admin/includes/functions/extra_functions/xsell_advanced.php on line 18

The store seems to be working fine.

I am sure the error is on my end. Any idea what I did wrong? Any idea how to fix it?

I have installed cross sell, and set up products but I dont see any cross sell action..appearing when I select a cross sell product on my website.

Is there a display setting that i am missing?

Hi all,

im using Zen Cart Ver. 1.3.8.

after installing the module the Cross-Sell config link is missin in Admin->configuration->cross sell

I also get this error if I try tu run sql patch in admin:

1136 Column count doesn't match value count at row 1
in:
[INSERT INTO zen_configuration_group VALUES ('', 'Cross Sell', 'Set Cross Sell Options', '1', '1');] 

Could anybody please help me?
