How to add UPS international rate US-to-Canada etc?

How can I add US to Canada or other country rate

UPS, by default, can ship from the US to anywhere else ...

Check your Modules ... Shipping ... UPS shipping module and make sure that you do not have a Zone set on it ...

Thanks, no wonder no one answer my question, but my shipping module -ups -zone did set "none",they have another two "CA","IM"
what can I do now??
or how can I set it to default?

I try to use Alberta T5L0T5 Canada to test, it show the country and state, but not calculate the freight

Are you using a valid US 5 digit zip code on the Configuration ... Shipping/Packaging ...

I just use standard zencart 1.38a, I not sure is any different shipping method?

When you edit the UPS shipping module, at the bottom are a number of checkboxes ... do you have them all selected?
